Returns & Refunds

Easy Returns Within 30 Days

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not in love with your purchase, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full refund. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that items received after 30 days are not eligible for return. Shipping charges are non-refundable in the case of returns except in the event of a product quality issue. Wired & Tired reserves the right to deduct shipping charges from a refund if necessary.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that were delivered more than 30 days prior.
  • Items that are outside of the 60 day warranty period. (see our Warranty Policy for details)
  • Items marked “Custom,” “Clearance,” or “Final Sale” cannot be returned, exchanged, or adjusted.
  • “Custom” items include (but are not limited to) any items that have been created through direct collaboration with Wired & Tired that are not available for regular purchase in our online store. 

Starting A Return
Returns are simple and hassle-free. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Team via email at contact@wiredandtired.shop or through our Contact Us page. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and further return instructions. For returns related to a product quality issue, a prepaid shipping label will also be provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned items. Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please keep in mind it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

We take pride in the quality of our products and our customer experience. However, if a problem does occur, we want to make it right and ensure you enjoy your experience with us. We will be glad to quickly assist with a replacement item and any additional action necessary to ensure you are satisfied with your experience.
