Shipping & Delivery Policy
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed during our regular business hours (Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time). Orders received after 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed the following business day.
After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to where you can track your order. You will also receive an email once the order has been delivered.
Shipping is only available within the USA. International shipping is not available.
Note: During promotional periods, free shipping may be offered if certain order conditions are met (for example: free shipping on orders of 2 or more items). If such a promotion is in effect, an announcement will be visible at the top of our landing page. It is important to note that, if such a promotional period is not in effect, there will be no promotional announcement visible on our landing page and standard shipping rates and conditions will apply.
Order Processing Times:
- Standard order processing time is 1- 2 business days. However, order processing time may take longer during periods of high order volume including, but not limited to, the holiday season and promotional periods.
- We do not deliver on holidays
- Wired & Tired is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments
Delivery Timeframes:
- We ship to all 50 states in the USA
- All orders are shipped via DHL and the United States Postal Service using Standard Shipping as the default shipping method.
- For orders shipping within the lower 48 states, the transit time is 2-5 business days for Standard Shipping.
- For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, the transit time is 5-10 business days for Standard Shipping.
- For certain items, Express Shipping might be an option at checkout. For Express Shipping, orders to the lower 48 states have a transit time of 2-3 business days and orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii have a transit time of 5-8 business days.

Order Tracking:
When your order ships, you will receive an email letting you know the package is on its way. The email will include a button that says "Track Package" which will let you view shipment progress and track your package.
Late Delivery Policy & Disclaimer
We make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time, but occasionally deliveries may be delayed beyond the estimated date.
Common reasons for late delivery include:
- Incorrect or incomplete address (missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number)
- Severe weather conditions or natural events
- Unexpected carrier or shipping delays (including but not limited to seasons of the year that typically have a higher than normal shipping volume, such as the holiday season)
What you can do:
- Review your order history to confirm the estimated delivery date and shipping address
- Check that your payment was successfully processed
- Allow an additional 48 hours for unforeseen shipping delays
Important Notes:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
- Shipping charges are non-refundable in the case of returns except in the event of a product quality issue.
- Wired & Tired reserves the right to deduct shipping charges from any refund
