How Do I Track My Order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email letting you know the package is on its way. The email will include a button that says "Track Package" which will let you view shipment progress and track your package.

Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Once you place an order, we get started processing it right away and it cannot be cancelled or changed. However, if you choose the wrong size or color, you can still return it within the 30 day return period and place a new order for the correct item. Do You Ship Internationally?

Wired & Tired currently only ships within the USA.

Are Shipping Charges Refundable?

It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable in the case of returns except in the event of a product quality issue. Wired & Tired reserves the right to deduct shipping charges from a refund if necessary.
